1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Pluxe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. Description of Service Pluxe provides AI-powered ad creative generation. Users upload product images and receive AI-generated advertising content. 3. Account Registration You must provide accurate information when creating an account via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. 4. Credits & Payments Credits are used to generate ads. Purchases are processed securely via Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstance. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason. Unused credits do not expire. 5. User Content You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant Pluxe a limited license to process your images for ad generation. You represent that you have the right to use any images you upload. 6. Generated Content AI-generated ad creatives are provided for your commercial use. Pluxe does not claim ownership of generated content. You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with advertising regulations in your jurisdiction. 7. Prohibited Use You may not: use the Service for illegal purposes; upload content that infringes third-party rights; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; use automated tools to access the Service; resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service. 8. Limitation of Liability The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Pluxe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. 9. Modifications We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. 10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
